Get the following when you sign up for the free tour:

You can enter a free tour, which allows you to play the part of a character or characters similar to the way that students do when they use Discourse in Time (DiT). Like the actual class product, the space you will enter is a private space that cannot be entered without proper access.

So that you can re-enter your private tour site, credentials will be emailed to you. That code will allow you to return to the unit for the next week as the same character that you have selected or as a different character. Feel free to share your credentials with several friends and colleagues, and they can log-in as a different character. This will provide a better feel for the interactive fun that your students will experience when they use DiT.

Hit the Free Tour button and start "living" the lives of characters who have changed our world!

To get started, simply enter the User ID and Password sent to you.  That will allow you to select one of the available characters.  For example, if you chose World War II, you would pick between the following characters:

  • Franklin D. Roosevelt
  • Joseph Stalin
  • Hideki Tojo
  • Ben Davis Jr.
  • Eleanor Roosevelt
